The case of MyFerryLink's battle with DFDS in the English Channel is apparently not over yet.
The Seafarers' organisation SCOP's (Société Coopérative de Production Sea France S.A.) has been granted permission to appeal the decision made by the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal on January 9th of this year, says DFDS in a corporate statement on Monday.
