Nordea's CEO Christian Clausen encourages the shipping industry to adapt and to avoid an "opportunistic direction." However, he is relatively optimistic when it comes to economic growth.

Nordea's CEO Christian Clausen is relatively optimistic when it comes to the prospects of economic growth over the next three years. He is also optimistic when looking at shipping where Nordea is the world's largest organizer of loans, and in the offshore sector which is impacted by the current large budget cuts.
