Scandlines owner ready to snatch up Esvagt

Private equity fund 3i, which owns the ferry carrier Scandlines, is currently working on an acquisition of the Maersk company Esvagt for about USD 520 million.

The affluent equity fund 3i is prepared to snatch up the Danish offshore carrier Esvagt for about USD 520 million.
