Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA is spending over USD 200 million on the purchase of full ownership in the two joint venture companies.

This concerns the collective company Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, where partner Vehicle Services Americas (VSA) will be bought out. The company handles 4.7 million units annually and 3,400 positions will thus change ownership as a result of the efforts to secure a tighter grasp on the North American market.
