Torm takes next step in England move

Danish product tanker Torm has taken the next step towards dual listings in Copenhagen and New York as the carrier is now awaiting final approval from its shareholders before formally relocating the holding company to Torm plc in England.

Torm has now taken the next step towards England and the US. Monday afternoon, the product tanker carrier published the prospectus which will pave the way for the carriers' departure from Danish quays.
