Key case in OW aftermath begins Tuesday

The next two days will be critical for hundreds of carriers caught in the aftermath of OW Bunkers' bankruptcy, as the case Res Cognitans will be heard in the UK Supreme Court.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be two critical days for many following the bankruptcy of bunker carrier OW Bunkers, which collapsed one and a half years ago. At the very least, the ruling will have ramifications for the hundreds of carriers who now face paying up to three times for the same fuel deliveries which for one reason or another have been linked back to the Danish bunker company.
