Final court case in OW aftermath just a few weeks away

In about three weeks the final round of court cases concerning OW Bunker will begin at the UK Supreme Court in London, at which hundreds of carriers' fate in the tangled Res Cogitans case will be decided.

March 22nd will be a decisive date in the fight for the millions of dollars following the collapse of OW Bunker back in the fall of 2014. In approximately three weeks the final court case will kick off under the term Res Cogitans at the UK Supreme Court. As the last court authority, this final ruling will be binding for hundreds of carriers who are trapped in the aftermath of the OW Bunker bankruptcy and could end up paying several times for the same bunker deliveries.
