Boskalis completes German acquisition

The Dutch towage company lands its second acquisition in just one month and will now take over a number of vessels and contracts from German Strabag Wasserbau.

Yet another acquisition is in the bag for Royal Dutch Boskalis, one of the largest tugboat carriers in the world. Boskalis will take over German Strabag Wasserbau's dredging activities as well as the company's fleet of vessels, Boskalis writes in a statement Monday.
