OW Bunker liquidator will now intensify debt recovery

It spelled good news for the OW Bunker trustees when the UK Supreme Court Wednesday issued a verdict that the Dutch bank major ING can demand payment for bunker which was sold to OW Bunker even though a carrier may have already paid a physical supplier for the oil, says OW Bunker's liquidator, lawyer John Sommer Schmidt of law firm Gorrissen Federspiel, to ShippingWatch.
