Finnlines delivers historically strong result

The recent years of restructuring at the biggest RoRo carrier in the Baltic seem to be paying off. The second quarter 2016 was the best quarter in the history of the carrier.

Finnlines, which is controlled by Italy's Grimaldi Group and constitutes the largest RoRo carrier in the Baltic, increased earnings significantly in the first half of 2016, according to the interim report from the listed carrier. The second quarter in particular was positive and became the best in the history of the carrier.
