Copenship estate hits OW Bunker with million dollar claim

Two Danish bankruptcy cases now collide in liquidators' attempts to reclaim funds for creditors. Liquidators of bulk carrier Copenship have filed a claim against the estate of OW Bunker, liquidator Per Astrup Madsen, partner at law firm Lett, tells ShippingWatch.
