Trump will withdraw US from TPP from "day one"

Future US President Donald Trump will withdraw the US from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on his first day in office. As such, he appears to be keeping his campaign promise to close off the US from the rest of the world.

Future US President Donald Trump raised harsh criticism during his campaign of the free trade agreements that the US partakes in or is considering participation in.

Now Trump says that he will try to withdraw the US from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) "on day one" of his new presidency, writes Reuters and other media.
