Norway's Ocean Yield buys new ships

The shipowner, part of the Aker group, is taking over two supply vessels from BP Shipping for a triple-digit million dollar figure. The vessels are on long-term charter contracts with Aker BP.

Norwegian shipowner Ocean Yield is buying two supply vessels (PSVs) from BP Shipping for a total USD 105.4 million, informs the company, which is part of the Aker Group, in a press release.
