Toyota part of Japanese billion-dollar LNG vessel order

Auto maker Toyota backs an upcoming order from Japanese car carriers which are expected to spend upwards of USD 1.8 billion on around 20 new vessels, reports local media.

When Toyota Motor in the future transports its cars across the globe, the auto maker will do so on vessels that sail on liquefied natural gas, reports Japanese media Nikkei.
