DSV closes Panalpina acquisition and expects major annual synergies

Today, Danish logistics major DSV closes its long-awaited billion-dollar acquisition of Swiss Panalpina. The company expects annual cost synergies of more than DKK 2 billion.

Danish logistics major DSV expects the acquisition of Swiss Panalpina to achieve annual cost synergies of DKK 2.2 billion (USD 327 million), writes DSV in a notice to the stock exchange Monday.

The company furthermore writes that it expects to close the acquisition of Panalpina today.
