Toll Group confirms divestment plans

The board of logistics company Toll Group now prepares to divest part of the business. However, there are no plans to sell the part of the company that DSV Panalpina has previously said it might be interested in.

Rumors have long been circulating regarding a sale of parts of Toll Group, and the company is now ready to reveal its sales plans.

The board of directors of the Australian logistics group, which is owned by Japan Post, now prepares to sell its business leg Global Express, the company informs.
