DP World buys logistics provider

Dubai-based DP World buys US logistics provider with billion-dollar revenue and a presence in 19 countries. The acquisition values the company at USD 1.2 billion.

DP World buys US logistics provider Syncreon, which has a presence in 19 countries.

The Emirati logistics company, which also owns Unifeeder, will take over 100 percent of Syncreon at an enterprise value of USD 1.2 billion.
