DP World takes another step forward in logistics with acquisition bid

Shortly after announcing the acquisition of Syncreon, Dubai-based DP World takes another step forward in logistics with a bid to take over a company present in 25 countries.

DP World makes yet another advancement in the logistics sector with a bid to take over Imperial Logistics.

The bid for the logistic company, present in 25 countries in primarily Europe and Africa, comes a week after DP World announced the acquisition of logistics provider Syncreon.
