DSV's acquisition leads to new regional management and layoffs

Logistics major DSV will quickly appoint the new executives that will run the recently acquired logistics division Global Integrated Logistics (GIL). DSV declines to put a figure on the number of layoffs, but an "adjustment of the organization" will be carried out.

DSV Panalpina is firing up the integration of its recent acquisition, Global Integrated Logistics (GIL), taking over 17,000 employees and adding annual revenue of DKK 29 billion (USD 4.6 billion).
