MSC places bid for Brazilian carrier

MSC has placed a bid for Brazilian carrier Log-In Logistica, with the aim of taking over 67 percent of its shares.

Swiss-Italian MSC has placed a bid for Brazilian carrier Log-In Logistica, offering BRL 25 per share, corresponding to around USD 4.8, for at least 62 percent and at most 67 percent of the company's total shares, informs MSC.
