As part of its growth strategy, Danish logistics company Dania Connect is acquiring GDL Sjöcontainer, Sweden’s largest transporter of shipping containers.

”Dania’s position in the Danish market is thus complemented by GDL’s strong position in the Swedish market, and we have come to know the company as a very strong and professional player with a highly competent and experienced management team and skilled and loyal employees,” says Frank Hjortekær-Jensen, CEO of Dania Connect, in a press release about the acquisition.
