Hapag-Lloyd acquires British logistics company

The freight forwarder has a capacity of over 200 vehicles and 250 trailers, with a strong market position on the UK market.

Hapag-Lloyd, the world’s fifth largest shipping company, has reached an agreement with the British logistics company ATL to acquire the company’s entire share capital in a new deal.
