DSV settles lawsuit with US customer over breached contract

The parties disagreed on whether it was legal to walk away from an agreement just one month after it was reached in the US back in 2022.

DSV has reached a settlement with US electronics company Hubbell in a lawsuit over a breach of a freight contract, according to a court document the US state of Delaware dated January 16, 2024.
