Finance chief reports strong interest in acquiring DB Schenker

Owner Deutsche Bahn expects to sign a sales agreement for the German freight forwarder this year, but the deal will not be finalized until 2025.

Although the sale process for German logistics major DB Schenker is well underway, it is not realistic that a deal can be finalized before next year, says management of DB Schenker’s parent group, state-owned German railway operator Deutsche Bahn.
