Flexport demands USD 12.3m from former client

The freight forwarder handled the transportation of goods from Singapore to the US for Giti for almost two years, but the partnership has now ended in a dispute over a disagreement on freight rates.

Flexport has filed a lawsuit against one of its former customers, Singapore-based tire manufacturer Giti, in a dispute over freight rates, according to court documents from a court in California, USA.
