DFDS concerned that new UK border checks will create trade barriers

The company says that new checks on food and plant imports from the EU that came into force on April 30 will add complexity and administrative burdens.

DFDS, the Danish ferry and logistics company, expects that the new UK border checks on food and plant imports from the EU which came into force on April 30 will add ”complexity and administrative burdens” for businesses involved in the trade.
