Vestager not buying Maersk CEO's critique of regulation

EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager is not buying Maersk CEO Søren Skou's criticism that the EU's rejection of a railroad merger could make it difficult for European companies to compete with China.

EU Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestager now responds to criticism that Maersk Chief Executive Søren Skou fired toward the Commission the other day in Finans, and to the decision not to let two European train companies merge, according to Danish business media Børsen.
