EU and US agree to remove extra tariffs on a series of goods

Associated Press reports that the US and EU have agreed to lift tariffs on a series of goods. The agreement will be effective for five years at first.

The EU and the US have agreed to remove or reduce certain tariffs on a series of goods, reports news agency Associated Press, AP.

The EU will remove tariffs on lobsters from the US, both living and frozen. The value of the US' lobster export came to EUR 94 million in 2017.
