Michelin is now looking into the market for green solutions for shipping with a new project to sell inflatable wing sails for ships.

French tire manufacturer Michelin is looking into the market for green solutions that can help the shipping industry reduce emissions.

With the new project, Wisamo – or, Wing Sail Mobility – Michelin will develop a system of inflatable wing sails that can be installed on ships, the company writes in an announcement.
