German environmental group demands prodution shutdown from Wintershall Dea

By way of a cease-and-desist letter, German environmental group DUH demands that the German oil and gas company halts its production, but the energy company has rejected the demand. DUH has targeted the automotive industry with similar demands.

German environmental group Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH) has taken legal action against German oil and gas company Wintershall Dea, seeking a cessation of the energy company's production.
