Danish Maritime Authority "takes note" of decision in Norden case about fake logbooks

Denmark’s maritime authority accepts the prosecution authority’s decision in the Norden case, having filed a police report last year against the carrier for fabricating fake logbooks to hide transports to Israel for years. The authority is not aware of similar cases.

The Danish Maritime Authority, which in March last year asked the police to investigate whether carrier Norden had violated both maritime regulation and the penal code in relation to a case about fake logbooks, now ”takes note” of the decision in the case, the authority writes to ShippingWatch.
