DNV: Europe's green transition continues in full force despite gas crisis

The ongoing fossil fuel supply crisis will not halt the green transformation in Europe, according to DNV. In low-income nations, expensive energy and foodstuffs will, however, slow down the phase out of coal in particular, putting further pressure on OECD countries.

The green energy transition in Europe will carry on with unimpaired strength in spite of the international energy crisis, which is primarily a result of Russia’s war in Ukraine, projects classification company DNV in the report Energy Transition Outlook 2022.
