Denmark donates millions to support green shipping in developing countries

COP28: The Danish government has presented an initiative to support developing countries’ maritime sectors in meeting the IMO’s climate goals.

During the UN’s annual climate summit, Denmark has taken the initiative to strengthen maritime cooperation with developing countries to ensure that they meet the IMO’s 2030 target of a 40% reduction in carbon emissions from the global fleet.
