Net wage scheme seen as crucial to preserve Norway's maritime cluster

Norway’s maritime cluster is something very special, and it is crucial for the future that it is preserved - and that requires net wages and tonnage tax, said Even Aas, chairman of the interest organization Maritimt Forum, when he presented the report Maritime Value Creation 2024 to Norway’s minister of fisheries and oceans Cecilie Myrseth on Tuesday this week.
