US praises Indian refiners' rejection of Russian oil carriers

Indian refiners’ refusal to receive oil from Russian tankers now gets praise from the US for weakening Russia’s spending on the Ukraine war.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s ability to invest in the war in Ukraine is directly affected by the fact that Indian oil refineries last week flatly refused to receive Russian tankers.
