Marine insurer says oil price cap sends tankers to dark fleet

The London-based International Group says the so called dark or parallel fleet will continue to grow, thereby undermining the sanctions regime

The London-based International Group of P&I clubs (IG) says that the so-called dark or parallel fleet carrying Russian oil and oil-products will continue to grow.
