Scrubber supplier has full order book into 2020: "We have turned many customers away"

Scrubber supplier Pureteq has sold out of scrubbers for all of 2019, CEO Anders Skibdal tells ShippingWatch. The company is currently declining new orders from shipping companies trying to prepare for the 2020 sulfur cap.
