Sulfur regulations boost Wärtsilä's order book
The Finnish supplier of equipment for the shipping sector benefits from the upcoming sulfur regulations and reports increased order intake in the third quarter for its marine as well as service segment. The company's combined earnings also grew.
The fact that there is just a little more than a year left before the global sulfur regulations come into force is reflected in Wärtsilä's order book.
