Samples reveal substandard fuel in European port

There is still a very high number of oil samples in Antwerp that do not meet specifications. Lloyd's Register warns shipowners they should be careful when bunkering in the area.

Lloyd's Register's FOBAS has issued a warning to shipowners regarding several cases of off-spec fuel in Antwerp.
