Vale considers closing iron ore hub in Malaysia as of Saturday

Brazil's Vale is in talks with Malaysian authorities for an overview of restrictions pertaining to the corona outbreak. A temporary shutdown of a strategic iron ore hub might come into play.

Brazilian mining company Vale is considering a shutdown of Malaysian terminal Teluk Rubiah Maritime Terminal (TRMT) as of Saturday. TRMT is a strategic hub for iron ore transport in Asia.
