Kleven subsidiary will be taken over by employees

Several employees become new owners of Kleven Maritime Technology, a subsidiary of Norwegian shipyard Kleven. With the agreement, all three parts of the Kleven group are set to continue with new owners after the company filed for bankruptcy earlier this month.
