MAN moves to cut 4,000 jobs in big cost-cutting plan

MAN Energy Solutions is now taking the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and launches an extensive cost-reduction program. Several countries will be affected.

MAN Energy Solutions is getting ready to scrap 3,000 jobs in Germany and 950 positions in other countries.

This move is related to a far-reaching cost-cutting exercise trigged by the Covid-19 pandemic, which is forecast to result in a longer period with "stagnating revenue", the company informs in a statement.
