Singapore-based Keppel Corporation has presented a new strategy, which includes considerations about a sale or merger of its offshore and marine business.

Keppel Corporation considers selling its offshore and marine business entirely, according to a statement from the Singapore-based company about its long-term strategy, dubbed "Vision 2030".

This includes a strategic review of the offshore and marine business "amid the sector’s challenging environment, exploring both organic and inorganic options."
