German engine manufacturer MAN Energy Solutions has found a new partner in compatriot firm Andritz. The two companies will jointly examine the options of establishing green hydrogen production using hydroelectric power across the world, MAN informs in a statement.
The two parties mean to begin their partnership with a pilot project in Europe. Then they will jointly identify additional projects and carry them out in connection with the federal German government's H2 Global initiative, in which the purpose is to market the launch of green hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX).
