Maersk Broker takes step toward larger advisory role: "More will be expected from brokers going forward"

Shipbrokers are met with increasing demands, and for Maersk Broker, this has meant a larger step toward an active advisory role, particularly in relation to the green transformation. According to CEO Anders Hald, it’s about focusing on one’s role going forward, he tells ShippingWatch.

Shipbrokers are presented with more and more demands going forward, and it has therefore been natural for the Mærsk family’s broker firm, Maersk Broker, to expand its palette of services.

This means the company is mobilizing its division within advisory and research, Maersk Broker Advisory, says CEO Anders Hald in an interview with ShippingWatch.
