Deloitte to swallow extra claim of USD 100m in OW Bunker case – will not go to supreme court

Deloitte is not allowed to question the validity of a raised compensation claim of USD 100m in OW Bunker bankruptcy case in the Supreme Court of Denmark, after the Danish Appeals Permission Board says no. Deloitte still thinks the case can be won.

Deloitte will not be allowed to go the Supreme Court of Denmark to test whether a DKK 800m (USD 107m) raise of a compensation claim against the company is valid in the OW Bunker bankruptcy case, Deloitte confirms to ShippingWatch.
