Hanwha Ocean to build world's largest ammonia carriers

Greek Naftomar has placed an order of four huge ammonia carriers with South Korea’s Hanwha Ocean shipyard worth USD 500m.

South Korea’s Hanwha Ocean Co. has landed an order of four very large ammonia carriers (VLACs) from Greek shipping company Naftomar worth USD 496m, the shipbuilder announced Tuesday according to several media outlets.
