Vietnam's major SBIC shipyard faces bankruptcy and restructuring

A process has begun to allow Vietnam’s Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) to declare bankruptcy, according to deputy minister of transport Nguyễn Xuân Sang.
