ZeroNorth and Alpha Ori complete merger

After the merger, customers will be able to, among other things, use a single source of data that reduces their environmental footprint, ZeroNorth says.

Maritime tech company ZeroNorth has had its merger with Singapore-based Alpha Ori Technologies approved by the relevant competition authorities, the former announces in a statement.
