Bunker company testing synthetic oil on Maersk vessels

British bunker company Quadrise has extended its MSAR Royalty Agreement with Maersk by another three years, so that the deal now ends on December 31st 2022. MSAR could become a new alternative to heavy fuel.

The collaboration between British manufacturer Quadrise and Maersk, which gives the carrier a Royalty Agreement for the synthetically produced fuel MSAR, has been extended to December 31st 2022, according to a press release from Quadrise.
